Sunday

Yang Yin at 11:15am Motion Fitness in Blairmore | 320 Shillington Cres

This class is a balance between the two opposing energies of yang and yin. Typical class begins with a yang, flows and standing postures to build heat, strength and flexibility at the superficial tissue layers. The second half of class is yin, supine and floor pose that are held 1-7 minutes to open and address the deeper tissues.

Monday

All Levels Hatha Flow 10:30am Motion Fitness in University Heights | 431 Nelson Road

In this class you will harmonize your movement with your breath while still enjoying longer held postures in between to build heat and strength. Each week will focus on a different area of the body to prepare for more advanced postures.

Tuesday

Yin at 7:00pm Motion Fitness in University Heights | 431 Nelson Road

This style of yoga is a slower paced with poses held anywhere from 1-7 minutes to address the deeper connective tissues of the body - fascia, ligaments and tendons.

Wednesday

All Levels Hatha Flow 7:00pm Motion Fitness in University Heights | 431 Nelson Road

In this class you will harmonize your movement with your breath while still enjoying longer held postures in between to build heat and strength. Each week will focus on a different area of the body to prepare for more advanced postures.
